In this 6-month study of 82 children and adolescents, participants using CBD-rich cannabis oil demonstrated marked improvement in social communication and behavioral symptoms as measured by validated clinical scales (ADOS, SRS, and Vineland).
Conducted with 7–14-year-old boys with ASD, this trial confirmed that Epidiolex (pure CBD) was well-tolerated and led to noticeable behavioral improvements in about two-thirds of the participants, especially in aggression and hyperactivity.
